Outside Organizers

Graduates from the Institute of Impacted Leaders are eligible to become part of our Outside Organizers: a powerhouse of carcerally-impacted, intersectionality-trained people who meet regularly with legislators to tell their stories about the real life impact justice bills will have on actual families. Outside Organizers also work with us to continue the work of already successful bills and propositions, by participating in civic engagement and outreach services.
