Adrianna is the Statewide Advocacy Manager for Initiate Justice. She brings more than six years of experience addressing the interconnected issues of violence and incarceration, grounded in both her lived experience and extensive training in trauma prevention, intervention, and crisis response. She has provided critical support to individuals and families experiencing domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking, and continues to advocate for those most impacted by harm and systemic injustice. Adrianna is an alumna of the Solis Policy Institute through the Women’s Foundation of California and a graduate of Initiate Justice’s Institute of Impacted Leaders.
In her current role, she leads Initiate Justice’s Outside Organizing Program, building the capacity of emerging leaders, and mobilizing a powerful grassroots base across California to advance systemic change.
