“I been going to the Parole Board for four times, three times they denied three years and last time they denied me 5 years because I didn’t have enough insight they said.”

November 10,-2022

Dear Initiate Justice,

My name is . I was arrested in November 24, 2003. Since that time I been in prison doing 15 years to life, this November I will have 19 years to be in prison. I been going to the Parole Board for four times, three times they denied three years and last time they denied me 5 years because I didn’t have enough insight they said. I never have been committed a crime or disrespect an officer or inmate. I’ve been doing programs all the time. I have no one 1-15. So my question is, is there any laws to stop all this kind of injustices?

And for all your wonderful work with these new laws thank you. Thank you and God bless you all.

Sincerely
