My name is. I’m 40-years-old from, CA. At the age of 18 I was arrested for Home Invasion Robbery and subsequently sentenced to 15-years- to life, due in part of the multiple enhancements: Gang and gun. I’m writing to express my gratitude for your support of AB 256 (Kalra) as race played a role in the sentence allotted to me. I’m requesting Membership with Initiate Justice, as I’ve admired the work you’ve done, and I’m ready to help out anyway that I can, as I owe a debt to society, but a greater debt to humanity remains that I intend on paying. There is a strong support system of influential people in my corner, as I’ve done a lot of work through journalism. I’m also curious about your podcast: abolition is for everybody (AIFE) In particular: The school to prison pipeline.
