Assembly Bill 2310 was introduced by Assemblymember Hart. This bill will ensure that parole candidates are able to fully participate in Board Hearings in their native language, if it’s not English. This bill will require the Board of Parole Hearings to translate all relevant documents in the most common non-English languages and provide qualified interpreters in hearings.
