Brianna is the Membership Engagement & Outreach Coordinator for Initiate Justice. With an educational background in psychology, forensic studies and social work, she specializes in social justice research and data analysis. In this role, she leads projects aimed at disrupting systemic inequities and empowering communities through varying advocacy efforts. 

Outside of Initiate Justice, Brianna is deeply passionate about critically analyzing systemic issues and developing evidence-based strategies to create transformative change. Her personal journey as someone who was formerly incarcerated drives her commitment to achieving abolition and uplifting historically marginalized communities while dismantling the systems perpetuating disparities.
