As the Policy Director, you will lead Initiate Justice’s statewide policy work, serving as the primary strategist and subject matter expert for campaigns and ensuring efforts are directly informed by people most impacted by incarceration.

As the Policy Associate, you will support Initiate Justice’s efforts to research, develop, advocate for, and implement statewide legislation to end incarceration and shift our state toward restorative and transformative justice solutions.
