Dear Initiate Justice,
My name is [Name Redacted] & I am currently incarcerated at the Pelican Bay State Prison. I am writing this letter in hopes of receiving some guidance in regards to my situation.
I don’t really know how to begin so ima just dive into it:
I am what the Government calls an “undocumented illegal alien”, I was raised in Sacramento, CA but was originally born in Mexico in 1994 & came to the states around 1995. All my K-12 Education schooling was completed in the states & right now I am getting ready to receive my ”A.A.” in Behavior Science…
At the age of 21 I committed a crime that led me to receive a 19 year bid. Since then I have been working on myself & earning milestone completion credits along the way so my current release date is in 2028.
The [Name Redacted] organization provided me with your information & I am reaching out because I am facing deportation upon release from prison & was hoping to get your input on what my possible options (for preventing that) are… I don’t really know what information you may need from me, in order to provide me with some guidance, but I’m taking this first step & pray to receive a letter from you in response. It would really be appreciated!
